Once you've created your email accounts, you can either access your email via the webmail client, or alternatively configure the account on your devices (Outlook, Android, Iphone etc.). To configure the account, you will require the following settings:
Incoming Mail (replace 'yourdomain.co.za' with your actual domain)
Server: mail.yourdomain.co.za
Username: youremail@yourdomain.co.za (your full email address)
Password: Your email password when the email account was created
Encryption Type: SSL
Port: 993 for IMAP (recommended). 995 for POP3.
Outgoing Mail (replace 'yourdomain.co.za' with your actual domain)
Server: mail.yourdomain.co.za
Encryption Type: TLS or STARTTLS
Port: 587 or 465
Outgoing Server Authentication: ENABLED using the same login details as your incoming server
